Club Ciné Reward Program Terms and Conditions

1) The Club Ciné Reward Program is open to anyone except Cobb Theatres and CinéBistro employees and their immediate family members. Cobb Theatres and CinéBistro reserves the right to exclude others in its sole discretion.

2) Membership is FREE and may be acquired by receiving a membership card from the Concierge Desk. You must be 21 years of age to join.

3) For our Hampton and Vail locations you must be at least 13 years of age to join.

4) To receive points, your Club Ciné card must be presented when purchasing your tickets at the Concierge Desk.

5) Club Ciné members are awarded one point for every dollar spent on movie tickets. Members are limited to a maximum of 100 points ($100) per transaction per day. Members do NOT earn points when the Club Ciné card is presented in conjunction with a FREE admission ticket.

6) Club Ciné members earn rewards after each 50-point accumulation. All rewards are valid only through the expiration date printed on the Club Ciné Receipt received at time of ticket transaction. The Club Ciné reward structure repeats at each 500-point accumulation.

7) All rewards for FREE concession items are small size, unless otherwise specified. All rewards for FREE movie tickets exclude Special Engagements.

8) All redeemed rewards are the property of Cobb Theatres and CinéBistro.

9) Club Ciné rewards are subject to verification by CinéBistro management. Offers are void if rewards are illegible, altered or mutilated. The judgment of CinéBistro management is final.

10) Cobb Theatres and CinéBistro protects personal information we collect about members by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. Advertisers and other companies do not have access to personal information and we do not share your personal information with advertisers of other companies that want to contact members.

11) Club Ciné cards and points are nontransferable, except for points transferred from a lost, stolen or mutilated card to a new card issued to the same member.

12) Club Ciné points will be forfeited immediately upon inactivity of 24 months. Club Ciné points have no monetary value, are not gift certificates and may only be used for rewards as specified under the Terms and Conditions.

13) Cobb Theatres and CinéBistro reserves the right to change or discontinue the Moviegoer program at any time without liability to any member.
